Mehreen Creations understands how important it is for you to receive your products in perfect condition and on time. To ensure this, we have collaborated with some of the most reliable courier partners in the country for smooth and timely deliveries.

DELIVERY

A) How does the delivery process work?

Once your order is placed on our website, our system begins processing it almost instantly. The product then undergoes a thorough quality check before being handed over to our courier partner.
Your item is securely packed and dispatched through our trusted delivery network.
If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, our team will reach out to you to arrange an alternative solution to ensure your order reaches you safely.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5–7 working days. We process and ship orders throughout the week, except on Sundays.

Please note: Shipments may experience delays during festivals, extreme weather conditions, or political disruptions due to courier dependencies. Rest assured, we do our best to have your order delivered at the earliest, and we truly appreciate your patience.

C) Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Mehreen Creations with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.
You can simply click TRACK ORDER and enter your order number or the full AWB to check the current status and estimated delivery time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

A) Do you provide shipping across India?

Yes, we ship all over India.

B) Which locations do you ship to?

Mehreen Creations delivers to every part of India, ensuring that your order reaches you wherever you are.

C) What shipping options are available?

We currently offer standard shipping, which can be selected during checkout.

D) Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping is free across India.

E) Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Not at the moment.

F) How are orders packaged?

We take extra care to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. Each item is securely packed to prevent any physical damage.
To date, Mehreen Creations has received very few complaints regarding packaging-related issues.

G) Can I modify the shipping address after placing the order?

No, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed.
If the item has already been shipped and you wish to change the address, we will need to reship the parcel to the new address, which will incur a charge of ₹150.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Mehreen Creations offers international shipping and provides attractive shipping options for all overseas orders.

Taxes and duties are calculated based on the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
As the recipient, you are responsible for import duties, customs charges, and any local taxes applicable in your country. These payments are required for your package to be released by customs.

Exchange Policy (International Orders)

An exchange is possible only if the product received is damaged, and the customer provides an uncut parcel-opening video on our official WhatsApp number.
Exchange will be provided for the same item in the same colour.
If the item is unavailable, the customer will be invited to select another product.
Returns and refunds are not applicable.
