Delivery charges (transport, facilitation, and related fees) are additional and shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

7. Credit/Debit Card Details
You agree that the credit/debit card details provided to the payment gateway are accurate, valid, and belong to you.Fraudulent or unauthorized use of cards will not be the responsibility of Mehreen Creations.
In case of fraudulent use, you will be held solely responsible unless proven otherwise.
8. Shipping Policy
Mehreen Creations is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.Orders will be handed over to courier/postal services within 7 working days of payment receipt (or as agreed at the time of confirmation).
Orders are generally dispatched within 15 working days, subject to courier/postal regulations.
Orders are shipped only via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post to the shipping address provided at purchase.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the items have not yet been dispatched.Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation.
10. Return & Exchange Policy
Mehreen Creations offers exchange, replacement, or refund options under limited circumstances. Returns/exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:The product is defective, damaged, or not as per your original order.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Products that are worn, washed, discolored, damaged, or missing packaging will not be accepted.
Items returned without original box/packaging or accessories may not qualify for refunds.
If you receive defective or incorrect items, please contact Customer Service immediately before using the product.
11. Refunds
Refunds are processed once Mehreen Creations receives the returned product.Refunds are made according to the original payment method:
Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded within 7 business days.
Net Banking: Refunded within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued only if replacement is unavailable.
